Getting the most out of TD Nation Support Groups

Big Group - TD Nation 2015

 

TD Nation 2015 is our Facebook team page and where you want to plug in for daily motivation and support.  This is also where we will post links to weekly calls where you can type questions and our coaches will answer them live.

 

When posting in the big group remember to:

  • Tag a coach if you have a question for them.
  • Give that coach time to respond.  We all have jobs and families and are not on Facebook all day.  We will do our best to respond the same day
  • Be positive
  • No solicitation

Notifications

TD Nation is very popular and growing daily.  That means there is a lot going on in the big group and lots of people posting.  If you want to avoid your phone blowing up follow these instructions to turn off your notifications

 

 

PC Instructions

Click "Notifications Box" located

on bottom right of banner pic

Select "all posts" "Highlights" "friends posts" or "off"

 

Phone Instructions

Tap arrow on bottom right of banner pic

Click "edit notifications"

 

Files SECTION

Files section is one of the most helpful areas you will find in our big group!  In the files section you will find things such as:

 

  • Helpful Articles
  • How to change your myfitnesspal settings
  • Healthy recipes
  • Links to weekly calls you may have missed
  • Small group sign ups

 

How to locate the files section:

 

PC Instructions

To access the files section on your PC simply

click the files tab located under the banner pic

 

 

 

Phone Instructions

To Access the files section on your phone

simply click the banner pic then click "files"

 

Small Groups

If you're looking for even more motivation and support join one of our many small groups.  Small groups are perfect for those looking for even more support and accountability than the big groups offer.  Small group sign ups can be found in the files section.

 

TD Nation currently offers the following small groups:

 

  • Small groups for a specific program such as P90X, Insanity, Body Beast, 21 Day Fix
  • P.A.L. ( Personal Attention List) If you would like a coach to follow up with you and see how you're doing every 1-2 weeks add your name to this list.
  • Xtreme Team - This group is for those looking to lose 50+ lbs
  • Perfection Crew - Join this to attempt to be one of the few who have hit 90 days of perfect eating while not missing a single workout.  Accomplish this feat and I will mail you a one of a kind Perfection crew T-shirt
  • TD Nation Trifecta - Complete 3 Beachbody programs in the same calendar year.
    • Accomplish this feat and receive a free TD Nation Trifecta band.
    • Phase 1 of the Trifecta can include any Beachbody program of your choosing.
    • Phase 2 of the Trifecta must include P90X, P90X2, P90X3, Body Beast, Insanity, or 21 Day Fix Extreme.
    • Phase 3 of the Trifecta must include P90X2, Insanity Asylum Volume 1, Insanity Asylum Volume 2, or Insanity Max 30.

 

Once you have watched the videos in step 1, message your coach for the password to access our Nutrition Plan in step 2!
